Amir brings in over two decades of financial house management experience in a variety of positions. A balanced mix of private and public accounting in technology-driven environments has served Amir well to build his foundations and stewardship in financial accounting and growth (but responsible) finance.
Over the years, Amir has made many accomplishments with his contributions in the asset management industry alone for over 15 years now, some of which are -
Has played a lead servicer for ALL clients in running a $125+ million revenue book at Citi;
Was rated a # 1 employee at Citi in a team of 250+;
Led service engagements for over $7.0 billion of AUM for clients including Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, Carlyle,
Cerberus, and the like.
He has helped startups, both in the B2B and B2C spaces, strategically stay ahead in time and money. He leverages timing, organizational insight, and an unconventional mix of funding avenues in crafting a low-cost fund-raising strategy during all stages of growth until its exit/IPO.
He also has a successful track record of assisting Venture and Private Equity funds in scaling globally, as well as a demonstrated ability to collaborate with boards and senior executive teams in spearheading custom growth strategies.
Amir has both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting and Finance. Over the years, he has earned professional designations in that he is a CPA, a CFA, and a Chartered Accountant.
