In his 25-year career at Shell, Henk had diverse leadership roles in innovation, strategy and business development. He managed multiple complex and unusual business and innovation opportunities. As a Shell GameChanger, he took several disruptive innovations to implementation. Henk is also an Adjunct Professor at Rice University where he teaches invention and innovation. Henk holds a PhD in organic chemistry.
